About Me

I define myself as a changemaker and catalyst for advancing human and sustainable development. I am also an expert in international marketing, branding, nutrition and holistic health, coaching, youth mentoring, corporate social responsibility and Yoga.  With more than two decades of expertise in marketing and communications, I have consulted for some of the top multinational companies and NGOs around the world and helped them facilitate much needed support from the private sector.  I used to live in different countries including the UAE, Lebanon and Switzerland and speak 5 languages. I am an unshakable optimist, with an unfailing love for life and a passion for continuous discovery. I also spent a big part of my life exploring unfamiliar terrains and unlocking my personal power.

My purpose

My curious nature and desire for adventure led me to embark on a humanitarian expedition to Nepal where I reached my very first summit at 6,189m. The climb marked the beginning of an entirely new journey , one that inspired me to establish my first NGO, “Smile for Hope,” dedicated to providing pediatric cancer care to Nepalese children residing in remote villages.

The venture fueled my desire for continuous achievement, particularly within the now dubbed Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) agenda and signed up for yet another expedition to Antarctica. his journey motivated me to launch a second NGO, this time aiming at sharing my knowledge and experience to empower women in the Arab world. Through corporate and individual coaching, public speaking engagements as well as through my first book which is currently in the making, I am adamant to pass on my love and appreciation for nature, life, self-development and growth.

I consider myself as a citizen of the world, as I see no boundaries and I remains an eternal child, living my life with passion and love.

Optimal Health Program  (Smile4Hope)

In October 2014, we launched “The Optimal Health Program”, reaching out to untouched parts and villages of Nepal. In a perspective of “prevention” rather than “reaction”. In case of an emergency … read more
